====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-01-2019 Considering the fact that the marriage was solemnized at Bhagalpur. The opposite party is residing at Allahabad and as such Bhagalpur is more convenient than Munger as there is direct railway route from Allahabad to Bhagalpur.

In that view of the matter, the Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger is directed to transfer the record of Matrimonial Divorce Case No. 205 of 2017 to the court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur within a period of a fortnight from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur on receipt of the record shall take steps for expeditious disposal of the divorce case.

The parties are in agreement that they will appear

Patna High Court MJC No.4022 of 2018(3) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 before the Family Court, Bhagalpur on or before 18th of February, 2019 so that the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur may fix convenient date for expeditious disposal of the divorce case.

With the aforesaid, the application stands allowed and disposed of.
