JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-10-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 25.8.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 48821 of 2018 stating that in satisfaction portion the court name has been mentioned as '1st Additional District Judge, Madhubani' due to the mistake in the petition in place of 'A.C.J.M.-IV, Madhubani'. In the said circumstances, in the order dated 25.8.2018 in satisfaction portion the court name should correctly be read as 'A.C.J.M.-IV, Madhubani' in place of '1st Additional District Judge, Madhubani' and further four weeks time from the receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioner to surrender in the court below.
