Samman Yojana, however, the respondents have filed a counter affidavit, wherein it has been submitted that the matter of the petitioner was first sent to the Advisory Board and then to the Three-men Committee, however, as far as the said Committee is concerned, only one member has submitted its report and the other two members are yet to submit their report.

In such view of the matter, the present present writ petition stands disposed off, with a direction to the Three-men Committee to submit their final report within a period of 4
