JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bettiah Town P. S. Case No. 646 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 307, 326, 504 and 506 of IPC.

Petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that though they are named in the F.I.R., no specific allegation has been attributed against them. Allegation of assault is against other co-accused persons.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who also could not controvert the above fact.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Bettiah Town P. S. Case No. 646 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
