JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-11-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, the petitioner is given liberty to file a representation regarding his grievances mentioned in the writ petition and the concerned authority is directed to dispose of the same within a specified time frame. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to file a representation within a period of four weeks from today before the Respondent No. 2 and the Respondent No. 2 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter,
Patna High Court CWJC No.20806 of 2018(2) dt.01-11-2018 2/2 failing which the said authority shall be visited with penal consequences.
It is further directed that in case, the authorities find that any admitted outstanding dues is pending for payment, the same should be paid within a period of eight weeks of the decision to be taken by the Respondent No. 2 failing which the outstanding amount of due shall carry an interest of 18% per annum.
