The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Deepnagar P. S. Case No. 133 of 2018 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of the offence as also the fact that the name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

However, in case the petitioner surrenders and
