JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-01-2020 Though many grounds have been urged by the petitioner in the present petition but the learned counsel for the petitioner limits his prayer to setting aside of the distress warrant issued against him.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that an objection petition under Section 9 has already been filed by him before the Certificate Officer which has yet not been disposed of.

Patna High Court CWJC No.25211 of 2019(3) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 The Certificate Officer in the present case, namely, Certificate Case No.13 of 2014-15 is directed to dispose of such petition by a reasoned order.

Before finally deciding the objection petition by the petitioner, the distress warrant shall not be executed. The decision on the objection petition under Section 9 shall be disposed of within a period of six weeks from the date of production/receipt of a copy of this order.
