The petitioner is in custody in connection with Farbesganj P.S. Case No. 997 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is that from his possession, one country made pistol along with two live cartridges has been recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since13.08.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to him. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
