JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation of firing against the petitioner, I am not inclined to extend privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and, accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S.Case No. 257 of 2018, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial IV, Patna stands rejected. However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner and, furthermore, at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner, the concerned court shall consider the factum of compromise as
