30-11-2018 Heard Sri Binay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Bhanu Pratap Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.
Two petitioners, who are in custody in Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 190 of 2018 registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of bail.
It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there was case and counter case in between the parties. He further submits that even during medical examination, injury caused on the person of the informant side was not of a nature indicating application of Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation.
