Petitioner seeks bail in Naubatpur P.S. Case No.378/2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner and other co-accused persons is to have shot at deceased Sharifan Rai as a result of which, he succumbed to injury.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also in view of the fact that there is direct allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

However, the petitioner is granted liberty to renew
