Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Buxar (M) P.S.Case No.310 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354(B), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, Rs.500/- was taken by the son of the informant and handed over to the petitioner, on which the informant went to enquiry about the same so she was assaulted and her Sari was torn.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parites with respect to the same occurrence and as a matter of fact she came to the house of the petitioner and assaulted to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85271 of 2019(2) dt.06-01-2020 2/2 petitioner and for that a case has been lodged by the petitioner and the present case is only in order to save her skin. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Buxar in connection with Buxar (M) P.S.case No.310 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
