JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-11-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner has made a limited submissions to the effect that the petitioner be granted liberty to file an appeal against the impugned order dated 20.06.2018 passed by the Recovery Officer, E.S.I.C., Patna, however till the filing of the appeal, the authorities be directed to take no coercive step. In view of the limited prayer of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal as provided for under Section 45AA of the E.S.I.C. Act, 1948 within a period of six weeks from today.

In the meantime, it is directed that no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner herein for a period of six weeks from today. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) S.Sb/- U
