The petitioner is in custody in connection with A.P.M. P.S. Case No. 52 of 2018, G.O. Case No. 497 of 2018 for the offences under Section 30(a) and 30(g) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal history and he is in custody since 16.07.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Additional
