JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-12-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, however, seeks a direction upon the Certificate Officer, Samastipur to dispose of the pending objection.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with a direction to the Certificate Officer, Samastipur to consider the objection filed by the petitioner under Section 9 of the Bihar & Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914 and pass a final order under Section 10 of the Bihar & Orissa Public Demand Recovery Act.
