The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Banmankhi P.S.Case No. 2 of 2018 registered under Sections 363 and 366A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering serious nature of allegation and the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure wherein she has categorically stated that the petitioner not only forcibly abducted but also ravished her, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68797 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
