The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special (Excise) Case No. 526 of 2018 for the offenses punishable under Section 30(a) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation against the petitioner is that when he was apprehended by the Police, 24.8 liters of country made liquor was recovered from his motorcycle.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that he is having a clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 12.10.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
