Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rani Talab P.S.Case No.238 of 2017 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 407, 409, 419, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR petitioner is the transporter. It is alleged that he has lifted the sand from the buffer stock of the government and sold the same to some other persons.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegation is false and there is no chance of his absconding and another co-accused having similar allegation has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail, vide order dated 6.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.70261 of 2019.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Shri Parveen Kumar Malviya, J.M Ist Claass, Danapur in connection with Rani Talab P.S.Case No.238 of 2017 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
