Petitioners apprehend arrest in Khodabandpur PS Case No. 116 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 427, 384, 379, 354, 504 and 506 of the IPC. It is submitted by Counsel for the petitioners that they have been falsely implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation of demand of ransom or physical assault attributed to the petitioners. At best they are members of the unlawful assembly. There has been no antecedent against the petitioners prior to the instant case.

Considering the aforesaid submissions as also the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75804 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 of the petitioners is allowed. In the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM Begusarai in Khudawandpur PS Case No. 116 of 2018 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
