JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-12-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Case No. 10639/2018 arising out of Danapur P.R. No. 168/2018, registered for offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Allegation is of recovery of 16 litres liquor from the possession of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and in fact nothing has been recovered from the petitioner. Further he has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 06.11.2018.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and
