Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present case is squarely covered by the order dated 03.12.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 252 of 2018 (Pankaj Kumar & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.).

In view of the above, let the Authority should consider the case of the present petitioners and the case of aforesaid Pankaj Kumar (supra) and if it is found that the fact, law and

Patna High Court CWJC No.23244 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 prayer of the present case is identical to the aforesaid case of Pankaj Kumar, the same relief shall also be granted to the present petitioners as has been given to Pankaj Kumar and others.
