The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 366 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 379, 109/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ladies and they have got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid, the petitioners named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75472 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 366 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
