The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajnagar P.S.Case No.06 of 2016 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. FIR of the occurrence of dacoity is against unknown. Petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2017 and only material against the petitioner is confessional statement of co-accused before the police.

Since in this case there is no direct material against the petitioner nor there is any material to substantiate that the petitioner is going to tamper with the evidence or abscond the process of law, let the above named petitioner be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.196 of 2020(2) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Madhubani in connection with Sessions Trial No.87 of 2019 arising out of Rajnagar P.S.Case No.06 of 2016, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner and also that the petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the Court.
