2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of writ of Mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to correct the Khata of Khata No. 417, Plot No.

986, situated in Mauza-Bhawanipur Subhka, Thana No.-400, P.S. & Anchal- Rajoun,

Patna High Court CWJC No.20824 of 2025(2) dt.08-01-2026 2/3 District- Banka in the name of petitioner after deleting the name of Gair Mazaruai Bihar Sarkar;

(ii) for issuance of direction to the respondent no. 05 and 06 to protect the possession of the petitioner from the land under dispute aforementioned;

(iii) for issuance of appropriate direction to the respondent authorities particularly respondent no. 03 (Sub Registrar, Sub Registry office Banka) to cancelled the Deed of Exchange dated 05.04.1988, because executants Mohan Lal is not obeying the same and both the executants will go on their own lands;

(iv) for issuance of such other appropriate writ/order/direction for the end of Justice.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the respondent no.4, 5 namely Additional Collector, Banka/Circle Officer, Rajoun, Banka respectively by filing fresh petition alongwith all the supporting Annexues.

4. Learned State counsel submits that if such petition is/are filed, the same will be taken to its logical conclusion.

5. Granting said liberty and directing the petitioner to approach the concerned respondent in next four weeks who shall be taking up the matter and after hearing the parties, will be disposing of with reasoned order, the writ petition is disposed of.
