2. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs/petitioners submits that Title Suit No. 94 of 1999 was filed more than two decades ago on 22.11.1999. Even though evidence of the plaintiffs has been closed on 20.03.2018, the matter is moving at a slow pace and the evidence of the defendants is going on. It is submitted that the defendants are adopting dilatory tactics preventing early disposal of the suit.

3. Having regard to the nature of the grievance of the plaintiffs/petitioners and that the title suit has remained pending for more than two decades, the petition is disposed of with the observation that the learned Court below may, in its own discretion and having regard to any exigencies and special circumstances obtaining in the case, consider expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 94 of 1999.
