In view of the order passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No.12098 of 2019 on 08.07.2019, the petitioners filed representation before the authority on 20.11.2019. The Land

Patna High Court CWJC No.1029 of 2020(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 Acquisition Authority was directed by order dated 08.07.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No.12098 of 2019 to dispose of the representation of the petitioners within three months from the date of filing of the representation. Three months time has not yet elapsed but the petitioners filed this writ petition. Having considered the facts aforesaid, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the petitioners to re-agitate the matter before the Land Acquisition Authority before whom the representation is pending.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
