The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with G.O. Case No. 144 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the specific allegation is against Sudip Rai. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail,
