2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in connection with Asthawan P.S. Case No. 95 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 80, 238(a) and 61(2) (a) of the B.N.S.
3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that Soni Kumari (deceased) was married with one Rukesh Paswan in the year 2018. It is further alleged that she was subjected to cruelty on account of non-fulfillment of dowry demand of motorcycle and Two lakh rupees. It is further alleged that all the in-laws have killed her and they concealed the dead body.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased and he is separate in mess and business from the husband of the deceased. It has further been submitted that the main thrust of allegation is against the husband who is already in custody. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 12.08.2025.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate- 1st Class, Nalanda, Biharsharif in connection with Asthawan P.S. Case No. 95 of 2025.
