2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2) & (3)/3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., petitioner is alleged to have assaulted informant and her husband by Dabiya and iron rod. Injuries, caused by this petitioner, are simple in nature.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the nature of injury, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2292 of 2026(2) dt.31-01-2026 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 183 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
