The petitioners seek bail in connection with Katoria P.S. Case No. 199 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 385 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 09.11.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

No.906 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 above-named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Katoria P.S. Case No. 199 of 2019.
