Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be relying upon the decision of this Court in CWJC No. 14799 of 2012 before the Managing Director of the respondent Bank, in support of
Patna High Court CWJC No.1396 of 2020(3) dt.23-06-2020 2/2 his claim for certain retiral benefits.
