JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-01-2020 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 09.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22460 of 2019 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 09.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22460 of 2019 in connection with Katihar Muffasil P.S. Case No. 206 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 323, 354, 384, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar.

Considering the grounds taken in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by three weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85998 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 from the date receipt/production of a copy of this order. The order dated 09.04.2019 is modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
