The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 186/2019 for the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village party politics. The victim girl is Major as her age is assessed by the Doctor as about 19 years who has medically examined. In her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. the victim has stated that both were in the love and she went with the petitioner on her own sweet-will and she wants to marry with the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 05.11.2019.
