2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) for issuance of an appropriate orders, directions including a writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus commanding and direction upon the respondents to make the payment of compensation to the petitioner to the tune of Rs. 14,40,000/- for the total area measuring 9 Dec. (approximately 11⁄2 katha) appertaining to Thana No. 191, Khata No. 256, Khesara No. 2975 situated in Village Dumra, P.S. Kotwa, District East Chamapran acquired for

Patna High Court CWJC No.1140 of 2026(3) dt.15-04-2026 2/2 the purpose of Construction of Hajipur Sugauli Rail line project.

(II) To direct the respondents to make the payment of compensation to the above mentioned acquired land after classification of land of the petitioner class A.

(III) To any other reliefs to which the petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if he is allowed to represent the District Land Acquisition Officer, East Champaran at Motihari.

4. Learned State counsel has no objection.

5. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 6, District Land Acquisition Officer, East Champaran at Motihari for the redressal of the grievance.
