====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 of the Information and Technology Act.

Considering the nature of allegation disclosed in F.I.R against the petitioner of establishing physical relation with the informant by suppressing the fact that petitioner was already married at the time of promise to marry with the informant, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Hence, prayer for anticipatory bail is refused in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S Case No. 305 of 2014 pending in the Court of learned Sub-Judge-IV-Cum-A.C.J.M, Patna.
