JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Surajgarha P. S. Case No. 279 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 384, 379, 504, 506 of the IPC.

As per F.I.R. petitioner is said to have taken out cash from his Almirah and he is said to have demanded the Rangdari from the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is working as Driver in the house of the informant, as he demanded his wage, he has falsely been implicated in this case. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the allegation, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
