JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2020 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Complaint Case No. 1247 of 2018, disclosing offences under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner nos. 1 and 3 are brothers-in-law of the complainant, petitioner nos. 4 and 5 are married sisters-in-law of the complainant and petitioner no. 6 is the mother-in-law of

No.87103 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 the complainant and as per complaint petitioner, it is alleged that complainant has earlier filed a case against the petitioners, which was compromise and after compromise, complainant started living in her sasural but the petitioners started torturing her for payment of expenses incurred by them in earlier case and she was abused and ousted from the house. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that allegations are general in nature and no specific allegation has been attributed to any of the petitioners. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the submission, as above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1247 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
