2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 38 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 420, 376, 313, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and is in custody since 10.10.2025.
4. The allegation against the petitioner is to demand dowry alongwith other co-accused person for solemnization of marriage of his brother with victim of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1822 of 2026(2) dt.12-02-2026 2/3 this case, with whom the brother of the petitioner namely, Guddu Paswan was in live-in-relation for long one year.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that named co-accused Guddu Paswan already granted bail by this Court through Cr. Misc. No. 25638 of 2025 dated 30.07.2025, and moreover the allegation against this petitioner is only to demand dowry alongwith his father who approved marriage of his brother namely, Guddu Paswan, with victim/ informant. It is submitted that the allegation of rape is not available against this petitioner. While concluding the argument, it is submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and moreover, investigation of this case is completed, for which charge-sheet has been submitted, as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.
6. Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail.
7. In view of aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of fact as allegation of rape is not available

No.1822 of 2026(2) dt.12-02-2026 3/3 against this petitioner rather same is regarding demand of dowry, coupled with fact as investigation of this case already completed where petitioner remains in custody since 10.10.2025, accordingly petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 38 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Madhubani /concerned court, subject to the conditions as mentioned under Section 480(3) of BNSS.
