The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 308, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise, Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 5 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the alleged recovery has been made from the joint family house of the petitioner. A statement has been made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent.

Considering the quantity of recovery from joint

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No.176 of 2019, pending before the learned ADJ-IIcum-Special Judge, Excise, Siwan. With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed of.
