2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 164 of 2025, dated 27.06.2025, registered for the offence punishable under Section/s 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1), 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the daughters of the Informant by means of bricks due to which they sustained head injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for an allegation of land dispute between the informant and the petitioner, the husband of the petitioner has already been taken into judicial custody and has also been granted regular bail, while there is no specific allegation of any overt act against the

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.

6. Regard being had to the submission made by the parties and taking into account the fact that there is no specific allegation of any overt act against the petitioner who is a lady of clean antecedent, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dehri-on-Sone, Rohtas in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 164 of 2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S. (Ajit Kumar, J) rishi/- U T
