The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bihariganj PS case no. 193 of 2019 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 414, 120(B) of Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the petitioner being caught by the police personnel and upon search, two S.B.I. A.T.M. cards were recovered from the pocket of the trouser of the petitioner herein.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no allegation of misappropriation of money as far as the petitioner is concerned, the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Bihariganj PS case no. 193 of 2019.
