The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Gogari P.S. Case No. 159 of 2008 (corresponding S.T. Case No. 114/2018) instituted for the offences under Sections 323. 503, 367, 372, 376, 495, 498, 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure-1 to the present application taking into account that that the informant has named the petitioner in the deposition.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1030 of 2020(3) dt.10-06-2020 2/2 A report was called for from the Court below regarding the stage of the case. The same is kept at Flag-A. Considering the nature of accusation in respect of commission of rape, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The same is rejected. The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial at the earliest preferably within nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. (Sudhir Singh, J) Pankaj/- U T
