Petitioner no. 2 is accused in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 341 of 2019 registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner no. 2 is Dever of the informant. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is specific allegation against co-accused Sarvesh and Rishu. He has no criminal antecedent. Nothing specific has been alleged against him.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
