The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bettiah (Muffasil) Manuapul) P.S.case No.562 of 2019 dated 5.10.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping of the minor daughter of the informant and in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. she has also talen name of the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. she has taken he name of Atul Mishra who happens to be son of the petitioner and only allegation against the petitioner is that he co-operated the co-accused Atul Mishra . Heard learned A.P.P. who has opposed the prayer for bail. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM,West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Muffasil (Manuapul) P.S.Case No.562 of 2019.
With the above direction, this application is allowed.
