The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 713 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the petitioner no.1 is Bhaisur and petitioner no.2 is Gotni of the deceased and the husband of the deceased is in custody. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
