JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 14-02-2020 Grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is discrimination in the matter of grant of trained scale. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly circumstanced other have been paid trained scale whereas the petitioner was singled out and denied the benefit of trained scale.

Considering the aforesaid, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of trained scale from the date of passing of training examination as it was done in other cases as the

Necessary decisions in this regard may be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of the receipt/production of a copy of this order and the consequential benefits of such corrective decision may be given within a further period of one month.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
