JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2020 The petitioners claim that they were working against various posts in Vidyapati Brahmacharyasharm Sanskrit Uchcha Vidyalaya, Karmauli, in the district of Madhubani. They have a grievance that they have not been paid post retiral dues in the form of deductions of Dearness Allowance and part of salary deposited in General Provident Fund Account in accordance with the essential deposit plan, along with statutory interest.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction that let claim of the respective petitioners be examined and a decision be taken within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order by the respondents. If the petitioners are found entitled to the claim which they have raised in the present writ application, the same shall be paid to them within one month thereafter.
