The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Case No.206C2/2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 . Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 11 ltrs. of liquor from the Palani of the petitioner and he is accused in more case of similar nature.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for 1 1⁄2 months. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and considering the submissions

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85347 of 2019(2) dt.06-01-2020 2/2 as made above and period of the custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge Excsie Act, Begusarai in connection with Case No.206C2/2019 with condition to co-operate in the disposal of the trial.. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
