ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 02.09.2019 in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No.84 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 147/148/149/323/324/307/302/504 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main allegation is against one Samser Sah and Naushad and not the present petitioner. It is further submitted that the name of the petitioner surfaced subsequently during the course of investigation and no overt act has been attributed to him. It is further submitted that there is admitted dispute between the parties and the injuries are said to have been inflicted on both sides.

Case No.84 of 2019.
