The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 544 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding recovery of stolen motorcycle from the co-accused person, namely, Vikash Kumar and upon interrogation he is said to have disclosed about the complicity of the petitioner in the present case. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent, the stolen motorcycle has not been recovered from his possession and he is having a clean antecedent. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 28.09.2019.

Case No. 544 of 2019.
